This is a group for members who live alone, have no partner and would like to get to know people in similar circumstances with whom they can enjoy socialising.
We people of MOTO 1 are a lively, friendly group. At our monthly meetings we share ideas and events that we might like to go to and have a good natter. During each month we have a walk, a coffee morning and a meal out. It’s so much nicer to have someone to share your Sunday lunch with. The summer sees visits to gardens, the cinema and theatre. We have a summer event - this year a garden party in a member’s garden and there is a Christmas meal out. Everyone contributes to the organisation and participation which makes the group a success.
